FAQ

Questions owners ask.

Short answers. If yours is not here, call or email Connor.

What is a floor walk?

A floor walk is how every engagement starts. We walk your floor together, follow the work, and look for the one constraint holding your margin back. You come away with that constraint named and an estimate of what it costs.

Do I have to buy new software?

No. We build on the spreadsheets, exports and systems you already own. There is nothing new to buy and no license to renew.

How is this different from a consultant's report?

A report tells you what to do. Our deliverable is your team running the system every day. We are done when your team runs the daily huddle without us.

How is this different from ERP software?

ERP software is a license you buy and then fit your shop around. We sell no license. We build on what you already have, from the floor up, so your team uses it.

Where does AI fit?

AI is one layer, used only where it saves your team time, for example drafting reports or flagging exceptions. We add it only once the data is ready. The system works without it.

Who is this for?

Owner-run industrial firms with 20 to 499 employees in 12 Middle Tennessee counties. Our focus is machine shops, fabricated metal, independent warehousing, and 3PL and freight arrangement firms.

What do you need from my team?

Time on the floor with the people who know the work, and access to the spreadsheets, exports and boards you already use. During the build, a few key people work with us so they can run it. After that, your team runs a short daily huddle.

How much does it cost?

Every shop is different, so we scope after the floor walk. You get a fixed, written proposal before any work starts.

Do you work outside Middle Tennessee?

Middle Tennessee first. Ask if you're nearby.

Is my data safe?

Your data stays in your own tools and accounts. We build inside the systems you already control, so you decide who sees what.
